How we use it
We use your information to find a plumber for your job and to pass your details to that plumber so they can contact you. We also use browsing data in aggregate to understand which pages help people and how visitors find the site.

We share your contact details and the job description with the independent plumbing company we match you with, so they can call you and quote the work. We also use service providers for phone handling and analytics, who process data on our behalf. We don’t sell your personal information.

When you call us, you agree that we and the plumber we match you with may call or text you back about that job. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to share it beyond what’s needed to fulfill their request. To make a request, call the number in the footer and tell us what you want done.
